The thing is from my understanding if Autodiscovery was working ok, public folders were replicating ok, then 2k7 should be able to show free/busy from 2k3 through availibility and vise versa. You need to make sure that the AutoDiscovery CNAME recordhas beencreated for your domain. The permissions should be set to Free/Busy time to be displayed.. I'm not really sure what's happening andwhy it failed. The resulting output in the Exchange Management Shell will provide error details about the Availability service. The Autodiscover service provides information for the Availability service by locating and providing the external and internal URLs for the Outlook 2007 client. Make a backup copy of this file.
