Outlook 2003/2007 and HMC Webmail users are not impacted if a block is placed on port 25. The system returned: (22) Invalid argument The remote host or network may be down. What is most confuising is that Test Messages are sent easily, but anything I try and send myself gets caught in the OUtbox and won't ever send. I can access both comcast email and outlook through this account. I just wanted to share in case it can help anyone else.
