I'd use SysInternal's Autoruns and Procmon to investigate further. Worked for me.

So far my only solution is to log on as the user who has this printer connected and delete this device. Solution: To prepare for removing driver files: Look inPrograms and Features and uninstall any program that correlates to the printer driver you wish to remove.
