Access is denied. Since Microsoft has made a conscious decision to abandon the GUI for management (a GUI which actually built their monopoly), they are no longer relevant. In Server 2012 this feature is 100% removed; there is no "Remote Desktop Services Manager" at all and there is no equivalent I've found from either Microsoft or from 3rd parties. so simple, but a weird bug.
