Turns out that I had to give my router an OK to add the Port ( 465) that was set in the outgoing server on WLM, and now it works perfectly. Is there no other option for trying to resolve my current WLM 2011 problem? Even though my WLM settings matched Comcast (on their website) suggestions I couldn't send because my gateway was set to let those be accessed. I finally told them the call was going nowhere and if I couldn't find a fix myself I might MIGHT call back.
