my graphics/display drivers are up to date and there isn't any update in Dell website. It worked perfectly. You can check the status of your user account by going to Start | Control Panel and selecting the User Account icon. Go to your Power settings and click on Change when computer sleeps.

Go into the BIOS and see if you see anything in there to turn hiberanation on and off.
